HISTORY

Rincón de Adriana opened the 11th, September of 1994 by Luis Marín Delgado (from Cordoba, Spain); Adriana Sillero, his wife, and their three sons, Luis, Demi and Juan. The married couple is so popular in this neighbourhood (La Malvarrosa), thanks to their previous management of Bar Lys and restaurant “Gastón”, both popular places in the zone. Nowadays, the restaurant is managed by their three kids, who keep the legacy of their own parents but adding a new fresh touch at the meals elaborated by the chef, Luis Marín Jr.

 

Menu consists mostly mediterranean meals, a lot of seafood, a wide variety of meats and, of course, the popular rice.

 

The restaurant “Rincón de Adriana” offers delicious home-cooked valencian food with a friendly attention that will make you feel like home. Its location near the “Malvarrosa” beach, and placed in the Avenue with the same name, makes it a perfect place to have lunch or dinner after a long walk on the surrounding area of the east shore.

 

You can take a friendly service in a quiet space with a simple and precise furniture combined with warm colours on the walls and confortable seats with a smart touch. Is a experience that you don’t want to miss if you want to enjoy the valencian warmth and its local cuisine.

Luis Marin Jr has inherit the kitchen of “Rincón de Adriana” learning traditional and mediterranean food thanks to his mother Adriana Sillero. The last couple of years, Luis has added his own personal touch to the meals, creating new and tasty variations of it but maintaining its roots.

 

Its cuisine could be briefly explained as classical mediterranean with meals mosly composed by seafood and rice, key products of the Valencian shore. They also have a wide range of meats and surprising tapas with a vanguardist touch.

 

The specialties that Luis really likes to work in are the sweet products as we can see in its menu with all the homemade desserts. We can taste the famous cheesecake or even a freshing lime and meringue cake that will surprise you.

 

Luis also like to spend with freetime to learn new things to enrich his cuisine, that’s why you can order traditional nougat made at the restaurant in Winter and taste a delicious ice-cream made with fresh fruits and flavours that complement perfectly in the mouth in summer.
